Our First Trip Together...When We Made It Official...

Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada

This was our very first trip together. All the way down we laughed, danced, sang and of course, flirted. We arrived in Lethbridge at around 1 AM. Krystal waited up for us, such a sweetheart. She had a comfortable air mattress awaiting our exhausted bodies, with pillows gallore and warm blankets.
We nestled into bed, after watching a few episodes of Prison Break (one of our Favorite shows..!!)
The next morning we played games and Krystal (the gourmet chef) made us a delicious breakfast!
We showed Matthew around Lethbridge, where I went to university and such.

Later that night we went to a Halloween Haunted House, and this is where Matt held my hand
*I got tinglys in stomach*
I always get scared really easily and of course Matthew scared me more than once..
I think it was his way of flirting.
That night we nestled right back into bed and we talked. And of course, the subject of us came up...
And after discussing it for awhile, he asked me if we could date.
I left him sweating for a couple minutes before I replied

and of course,
I said yes!
Like I had mentioned before It took him awhile before he kissed me
(but he put on his big boy underwear that morning)

The following morning, we went to church in Lethbridge and skipped out on some of sunday school and relief society because we went with Krystal and Booker who at that time had a calling in Nursery.

We were very excited to be 'officially dating'...
we were like two little hot potatoes bouncing around.

It was a very fun trip.
Our very first one.
And that is where the memories started.
